String bag is a common name for mesh bag woven from coarse threads. It can be used for both food and non-food products. It takes up minimum space when empty and therefore it goes in a handbag, knapsack or pocket with ease.
A string bag as opposed to a plastic bag:
- doesn’t pollute the environment;
- is long-living;
- is easy to wash;
- is resistant to sharp angles of the carried goods.
